Gordon Ramsay’s Tiramisu Recipe is often a quick and yummy dessert for that instant gratification of one’s sweet tooth.


1/3 cup Powdered sugar

1 cup Mascarpone cheese

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

4 tbsp Marsala Wine

6 oz Heavy Whipping cream

4 sponge fingers

1 cup strong, cold coffee

¼ cup Grated Dark Chocolate, for garnish

Pour cream in a large bowl, sift inside the powdered sugar and whisk.

A beautifully presented final dish of Gordon Ramsay's Tiramisu, ready to serve.



In a different bowl, mix together the Mascarpone, Marsala and vanilla flavoring.
Fold the Mascarpone mixture in the cream mixture. Set aside.
Break in the sponge fingers and dip into cold, strong coffee.
